Based on the findings of these surveys,
CTI emerged to the market place as an independent laboratory
whose main focus was to provide quality assurance to those
in the card industry. Since this beginning, CTI has continued
to grow and expand its testing capabilities and services.
CTI is one of the few independent card
testing laboratories in the world capable of testing cards
to internationally recognised standards (eg ISO and ANSI).
Our primary clients are major card issuers in New Zealand,
Australia and the Asia-Pacific. References from existing
clients are available on request.
In addition to our individual test suite
(ISO tests & non ISO durability tests), we have developed
a number of successful services that cater for specific aspects
of card production and use. Additional details are available
on request.
The importance of delivering a reliable
card product (a card product that reads ‘1st and every time’)
is a vital component in maintaining a healthy issuer/client
relationship. We have created some very successful quality
partnerships with those in the card industry, providing assurances
that issued products will work for their full life span.
