As part of a long-standing quality partnership with one of the major banks in New Zealand, CTI have just added the bank's latest VIP card product to their regular contracted testing program for personalised cards. By using CTI's independent analysis of manufacturing encoding quality, CTI is able to give an early warning where things likely to impact a cards reliability in the field are detected. In this way, potential problems that would otherwise impact end user satisfaction are identified, with the opportunity given to correct them in a timely manner.
