Card Testing International Ltd. was commissioned by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) to perform independent card quality assurance for the New Zealand Driver Licence (NZDL). CTI helped in the recent decision making process for card supplier & material selection for the NZDL. A comprehensive testing campaign was carried out, ascertaining compliance according to the ISO 7810 Standard for the Physical Characteristics of ID Cards, along with other selected durability tests, given that this card has an intended long period of issue.
