SC17/WG1 ISO Card Expert Meetings: CTI continues its global presence in card compliance standards development with CTO Steve DeDera contributing at the latest standards development meeting alongside other industry experts at the SC17 Plenary and WG1 meetings held in Paris. CTI provided three contributions, which included a new test method for Edge Peel Strength, a test that Steve has been editing for the last year. The 10373-1 test method now has consensus from WG1 and is to be voted on by SC17 before moving to the committee draft stage. CTI look forward to the next WG1 meeting in Orlando, in the New Year.

Money 20/20 USA: CTI exhibited in October at the innovative payments expo Money 20/20 in Las Vegas alongside attendees from American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and in addition to other world leaders from the payments sector. We would like to thank all visitors to our stand and look forward to building upon the new relationships we have embarked on.

Closing the year... Trustech: CTI will have a presence at the major European payments expo Trustech in the French Riviera at the end of the month. We invite current clients and anyone interested in card quality/reliability issues to contact us to arrange a suitable meeting time with our experts on the ground. Whether your area of compliance is EMVCo, ISO/IEC, JCB, Amex, Discover, VISA Certification or MasterCard CQM, CTI's internationally recognised testing services can be used to both maintain and improve the quality of your card production systems.
