Chief Technology Officer Steve DeDera, discusses testing services with clients.
CTI wish to thank all those who visited our stand co-hosted with our sister company MillenTech at Cards & Payments Middle East 2016 held earlier this month in Dubai UAE. We saw a variety of visitors from the Banking & Card Manufacturing sectors wishing to learn more about independent card Quality Assurance that we provide from our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. With the trend in card issuers looking at extending card expiry dates, there was a lot of interest in ISO/IEC 24789 Card Service Life – the standard aiming to see whether cards are durable enough to last their period of issuance, and still work reliably. Our Director’s card failure presentation was warmly received by an interested audience who were keen to learn more.

We wish to offer a special thanks to Anirudh Sharma of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, who introduced us to key stakeholders during the Expo, as we continue our reach out into the Middle East market.

This was our second year at the Cards & Payments trade show hosted in the Dubai, and we look forward to continuing to assist Issuers and Manufacturers in the Middle East. We enjoyed discussing our visitors’ card testing needs, and look forward to sharing our knowledge and expertise with new people in the future.
